After initial contact Myer and Michael will come to your home to discuss your building project and work through all aspects of design, form, function, practicality and your needs.
After our first consultation a free, no obligation, quote will be given to you outlining, price, job duration and time schedules.
On acceptance of this quotation, contracts are signed and initial deposits are made; steps toward obtaining any relevant permits will be taken promptly to ensure your project gets off the ground as soon as possible. After which all dates of commencement and completion will be locked in.
Construction:
Once the construction process is underway our team of reliable highly skilled trades will work diligently to achieve your desired results with quality, pride and attention to detail.
Melbourne Living Spaces offer a no stress, hassle free service; where full communication between client and Builder is of the utmost importance. Throughout the construction period our company will maintain a clean safe worksite to limit dangers and to keep the job running smoothly.
On completion of various project stages progress payment will be made to ensure no large transactions are made and that budgets are kept.
Handover:
On completion a hand-over meeting is arranged, where the Builder and Client walk through the site and view all aspect of your completed project. A Handover kit is then given to the client including; Certificate of Occupancy, Compliance certificates and a detailed plan of how best to maintain your property to ensure a long lasting enjoyment of your project.
